Pontypool Boxing Gym is a great place to start to get fit and test yourself or if you want to take things more seriously we can train you for competition.

Boxing is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

Boxing can be used for weightloss, fat reduction and conditioning. Boxing for kids can help with confidence building. We have had several childeren use private sessions aimed at restoring confidence to children suffering difficulties at school.

Pontypool Boxing Club works closely with the local community, supplying services to local people and children regardless of age, race or gender. We work closely with the probationary services helping to rehabilitate offenders. We offer training and physical fitness sessions for local school inclusion programmes.
