Circuit based sessions

First and foremost we're a boxing gym. A place where you learn to box, develop your skills and test them in competition. We are blessed with trainers who have recently competed at the highest levels of the sport and can help develop you as a boxer and as a person.

Womens box fit classes

The Women's boxing fitness classes are popular. The 'Ladies only' environment reduces any anxiety women or girls may have in training in an authentic boxing gym. The programmes are a mix of technical and circuit exercises that help burn fat, tone without being boring!

Boxing conditioning for men

This class has been running for over 15 years! A great mix of intensity, technique endurance. The sessions are for everybody, there is no pressure to keep up certain pace. A great workout twice a week.

Personal training 'one on one'

Personal trainers help motivate you to achieve your own fitness and weight loss goals. People from Cwmbran, Pontypool and Newport use our personal trainers to fit around their schedule.
